The Opportunity
The CRM System Administrator will be responsible for effective management and maintenance of the Bank's CRM system. Responsible for system configuration, work flow optimization, establishes and maintains system rules and policy requirements. Understands each LOB workflow and its functionality in CRM; coordinates LOB enhancements to the system and ensures full utilization of technology and systems.
This position will be based in Wayne, PA.
Manage and maintain daily activities related to the CRM system.
Responsible for supporting LOB workflows to optimize and insure process efficiency and full utilization.
Responsible for managing, directing, leading a LOB team representing the Enterprise in matters of workflow, system enhancements, reporting, vendor performance and strategic direction of system enhancements
Competence in identifying process improvement opportunities and partnering with LOB teams, as well as the vendor, focusing on process/operation improvements.
System customization to support sales objectives, processes and reporting
Maintain & Update CRM system configurations for each LOB
Establish and maintain 3rd party systems integration
Develop and standardize reporting function to support management and user requirements
Manage and communicate all system upgrades and coordinate all system upgrades and testing across all LOBs
Track and trend system changes to insure in compliance with Bank/LOB requirements. Maintain effective change control management and documentation
Work with Information Security and Information Technology to onboard and manage users in accordance with Bank policies and requirements
Work directly with management for all systems-related projects and technical issues
Establish a Business Continuity Plan to insure continual service in the event of system interruption
Perform daily monitoring to determine system performance
Ability to present and create Senior Management proposals and updates
At least 5 years system administration, preferably with a CRM system
Experience in developing and implementing LOB workflows
College Degree in a related field, preferred
Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast passed and constantly changing environment
Ability to manage and resolve conflict
Well organized with the ability to prioritize daily activities
Strong written and oral communications skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
