Facilities Director

The Facilities Director is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations, space planning, building renovations, new builds and facilities services. Manages vendors and construction projects. Monitors and analyzes facilities related expenditures, develops and maintains a comprehensive space plan and the allocation of office space to departments within the context of that plan, and maintains appearance of all buildings and bank facilities as well as supporting equipment. Also responsible for Security, and coordination of the Bank's Business Continuity Program.
This position will be based in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Responsibilities:
Develops annual budget and translates the line of business five year strategic into supporting facilities plans to ensure attainment of business goals
Proactively manage building maintenance including the ongoing inspection of buildings
Manages all leases and coordinates negotiation with landlords, BMT lines of business leadership and legal/compliance
Supervise renovations and construction projects and develops project plans while maintaining compliance in regard to laws and regulations
Leads the development, approval and maintenance of the company's short and long-term space plan
Works with designers and builders to maintain an efficient and professional buildings and workspace including parking areas and public spaces
Ensures workplace safety in design and maintenance of work areas
Oversee and supervise facilities staff
Manage and maintain cost effective utility services, constantly monitoring to ensure accurate billing and competitive pricing
Plan and manage the allocation of office space, moves and changes
Oversee grounds keeping, snow removal, and emergency preparation and planning
Ensures proper redundancy of critical systems, such as electricity, and monitors to ensure all backup systems are operational
Transport, dispose of, or relocate office equipment and furniture
Manage custodial services and maintaining vendor relationships
Perform environmental hazard management/planning and remediation.
Manages BCP program
Manages the Security of the Bank (including monitoring, investigations, safety evaluation, equipment, training, building access, etc.)
Requirements:
College degree in related field, preferred
10+ year facilities management experience in a large multi-location company
3-5 years construction experience desired
Strong Project management skills with proven track record for leading simultaneous projects on time and on budget
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
Knowledge of standard accounting practices
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
