Talent Attraction Specialist

Position Summary:


Kaleidoscope, a leading therapy referral agency, refers highly qualified speech, occupational, physical, psychological and related therapy services to educational and healthcare organizations. We are looking for a dynamic, go-getting Recruiter to help manage accounts, recruit and coordinate therapists for our clients.


Responsibilities:


· Source school-based therapists and special education teaching professionals about open opportunities


· Establish search strategies with the account team


· Recruiting therapists via phone, e-mail and other marketing efforts


· Develop relationships with your own therapists' network


· Help develop processes to improve the recruiting system


· Database management and searching out valuable internet resources


· Work within a small team environment


· Assist with opening and establishing new markets


Requirements:


· Effective in a fast moving environment


 2 – 4+ years professional experience


· Ability to multitask and be detailed oriented


· Works at a steady, unwavering pace


· Excellent phone communication skills


· TEAM Player/Self-motivated/Strong Work Ethic


· Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
