This is a leadership position responsible for supervising the daily operation of the eatery. We are seeking someone with similar values, in addition to a positive energy driven by enthusiasm, a mature attitude, and an optimistic mindset.
DUTIES
Drive an excellent customer experience through process, procedure, and leading by example.
Maintain structure by ensuring the correct and consistent completion of tasks and responsibilities.
Cultivate the product knowledge of yourself and your team.
Encourage a sense of urgency from your team.
Establish and maintain a positive work environment.
Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a leader who is hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Solid communication skills.
Passion and appreciation for quality, organic food.
Flexible and adaptable.
Able to work weekends and evenings.
Ideally you would possess 1-2 years of experience in varied kitchen positions, including food preparation, line cook, etc.
Excellent knife skills are welcome!
