is currently working with a company in Bryn Mawr, PA that has an immediate need for a talented and motivated Help Desk Technician to join their dynamic team.
Overview We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with 1-3 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support to our internal users.
The successful candidate will respond to queries, troubleshoot issues, and offer technical guidance to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of our systems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to support requests and technical inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Provide training and guidance to users on how to utilize technology effectively.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of all support activities and solutions provided.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Proficient knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.

, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
