00pm-7:
00pm, Fridays in second office in Berwyn 12:
30pm to 5:
00pm, and the first and third Saturday of each month in Bryn Mawr 8:
30am to 12:
00noon.
Candidates must have a flexible enough schedule to occasionally cover vacation/sick days for full time staff.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, efficient, and organized with a professional appearance and attitude, excellent communication and time management skills, and reliable transportation.
Previous office experience is required, medical office experience preferred.
Responsibilities to include:
Greet patients when they arrive, ensuring insurance information and any other necessary patient information has been obtained and entered into our EMS Research insurance plans and process payments from patients for co-pays, deductibles, and uninsured visits Provide patients with legally required documents such as privacy, insurance, and financial policies Answer and manage phones Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients, maintain physician calendar, and call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments Maintain patient charts as well as the files stored in our EMS Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Skills:
Strong candidates will have experience with medical insurance as well as experience with electronic data entry Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance Minimum education high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise 'Can-do' attitude We offer:
