Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize medical record data on a daily basis.
Schedule Resident appointments and transportationsAnswer telephonePerform resident identification bracelet and door tag auditsPerform H&P and Physician progress note auditsScan documents into PointClickCareProvide administrative support to Nurse Managers and Medical Assistants as necessary.
Perform quarterly physician compliance auditRespond to resident call lightsMaintain supplies for nursing teamRequirements:
Must have prior experience in a Long-Term Care facilityMedical Records experience preferredInter-personal, organizational and problem-solving skills are requiredAbility to multitaskInter-personal, organizational, and problem-solving skills requiredAbility to work independently About the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
