ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Trains new staff and current staff as needed.
Works as host in designated areas if needed.
Performs set up work as instructed by the Dining Room Managers.
You must be able to work holidays.
Fine dining/banquet experience a plus.
Position reports to the Dining Room Manager.
Inspects the Dining Rooms upon arrival to see that everything is set up and in order.
Responsible for breakdown of functions if necessary.
Sets up routine and special cleaning assignments if necessary.
Greets and seats residents.
Serves meals to guests and residents.
Performs duties in such a manner as to contribute to the overall mission of providing quality care to the residents of Beaumont EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
High School Diploma.
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
Must be able to function independently and be able to work well with others.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members and visitors.
Must be extremely professional and work well under stress.
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to carry /lift 50lbs.
