Under general supervision the Account Receivable Clerk will be responsible for contacting clients with delinquent accounts, initiating appropriate action, and maintaining proper records to ensure accounts are promptly collected to reduce company's receivable turnover.

Conduct ACH verification Post client payments and records deposits in AccountMate Perform daily desktop deposit - check scanning Void payments of returned client checks as needed Process client credit card payments through CyberSource website Maintain client credit card transaction spreadsheet Journal entriesWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Minimum of an Associates Degree in business or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of credit and collection work.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or accomplish tasks simultaneously Knowledge of accounting terms, principles, and processes.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
