We are looking for 2 full-time Call Center Reps to join our growing team! This person will be responsible for patient scheduling, new patient information, and general patient inquiries.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Title:
Call Center Representative Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information to patients - Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up - Input patient information into the system accurately and efficiently - Follow call center scripts when handling different types of calls - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals Skills:
