The primary responsibility of the position is to provide an outstanding first impression to patients and vendors, both in person and over the phone.
Exceptional organizational skills are needed to track and set appointments, manage scheduling changes and coordinate office communications.
Ability to multitask with various administrative duties and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients in a professional, upbeat manner while notifying the appropriate staff members Manage incoming patient calls and schedule patient appointments Perform data entry, manage medical records, and other administrative duties Educate potential patients on various cosmetic procedures
Experience:
Sales experience or ability desired Receptionist experience preferred Willing to train the right candidate who has exceptional customer service attitude and experience in multitasking.
