The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the team to develop social content to promote Lumen's diverse service and treatment offerings.
This is the perfect opportunity for a creative marketing professional who needs flexibility around school or family.
The Social Media Manager can work remotely, but is also needed to come onsite to capture photos and video content.
Responsibilities:
Drive follower growth and engagement on Lumen's social media platforms in order to build awareness and increase leads.
Develop a monthly social media calendar.
Write copy, create graphics and video and schedule daily free and paid social media posts on Lumen's Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Monitor social media accounts and respond appropriately to user comments and questions.
Provide a monthly report with social media analytics and insights to track performance and continually optimize the effectiveness of social media posts to drive engagement and leads.
Monitor social media trends and make recommendations for new platforms and strategies as appropriate.
Knowledge of TikTok is also preferred.
Qualifications:
Proven success driving brand awareness and growth through social media.
Strong writing, graphic design, photography and video skills.
Highly collaborative, self-motivated team-player.
Experience with Meta Business Suite 2
years social media marketing or relevant experience Job Types:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
